This year’s Social HR Camp theme is Reimagining HR: The New Rules of Talent, Culture, and Leadership. We will get real about the practices and approaches that no longer serve our people, and explore what it looks like to build teams in ways that meet the moment. We will talk about how to create workplaces that are both high performing and deeply human, what people need today to do their best work, and how HR can lead with a strategic, forward-thinking approach to people.
